Thrifted Sunday: Transitioning

Happy New Year Readers!!!

I hope your year has started Fabulously. 



I have enjoyed the holidays, visiting and hanging out with friends and family and  now Im ready for a good year ahead.  Since last January, I've lost over 90 lbs and although I'm super excited,  I hate to let go my clothes being that I've spent so much on them.  However, I dont ever plan to be  sizes 28-32 again so I have to do what I have to do. 

Anywhoo I've been selling many of my items except my dresses because as I'm transitioning I know I can belt, pin, or take up my dresses and add a blazer or cardigan. 


So Sunday it was nice out and I decided to put on one of my too big dresses and dress it up with a blazer.  I got the blazer from Goodwill and couldn't wait to pair it with something cute. So here goes.......

Shoutout Soundoff: Beauty of the Week

 
... So I was scrolling through Face Book and ran of across this Beauty. After getting permission to post, I named her:

I  was so in Awe of this photo simply because every element of this look had Swagg.
For me, this would have been an unlikely combination; but I must admit it works and she worked it. I love outfits that are simple, cute, and chic. I also adore that she didn't over accessorize, which made the look -POP- flawlessly. This look is perfect for fall and is very versatile.
 
 
Overall, I just wanted to share this Beauty -Sunday Soul Sista

Shoutout Soundoff: Beauty of the week

This Beauty of the week totally Rocked this outfit from Head to Toe. This lady is my mother. I now present  the first Beauty of the week:

This was her 4th of July look. The dress was cool and airy, perfect for an outdoor BBQ in the south. The gold accessories added to this look nicely and was very subtle.

Overall this Calvin Klein Girl,  Worked & Rocked this look.
